HOW DO YOU HANDLE TRANSPORTATION?

WE CAN MEET AT ONE OF OUR LOCAL AIRPORTS XNA, TUL, SGF, MCI (ADDITIONAL $50 FEE FOR MCI)  WE CAN OFFER A FLIGHT NANNY TO BRING PUPPY TO YOU.  WE CAN DELIVER TO YOUR HOME OR A LOCATION IN REASONABLE DISTANCE FROM OUR HOME (ADDITIONAL FEE DEPENDING ON DISTANCE).



CAN I VISIT YOUR HOME TO SEE/PICKUP PUPPIES?

ABSOLUTELY!  WE ENCOURAGE BUYERS TO SCHEDULE VISITS WITH THEIR PUPPIES.  CONTACT US TO ARRANGE A TIME.



DO YOU OFFER A HEALTH GUARANTEE FOR YOUR PUPPIES?

YES, WE PROVIDE A 2 YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE. 



ARE YOUR PUPPIES REGISTERED?

YES, ALL OUR PUPPIES ARE REGISTERED WITH AKC.



WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE FEE FOR A PUPPY?

THE PURCHASE FEE COVERS VACCINATIONS, MICROCHIPPING, TAILS DOCKED,  DEWCLAWS REMOVED, HEALTH CERTIFICATE, AS WELL AS A 2 YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE.



WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER CARE FOR THE PUPPY?

I HAVE A RETURN POLICY IN PLACE TO ENSURE THAT OUR PUPPIES FIND SUITABLE HOMES, EVEN IF CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE.

YES, WE OFTEN ALLOW POTENTIAL BUYERS TO MEET THE PARENTS OF THE PUPPIES TO GET A SENSE OF THEIR TEMPERAMENT AND APPEARANCE.



HOW SOON CAN I TAKE MY ADOPTED PUPPY HOME?

PUPPIES ARE TYPICALLY READY FOR THEIR NEW HOMES AT 8 WEEKS.



WHAT KIND OF SOCIALIZATION DO YOUR PUPPIES RECEIVE?

OUR PUPPIES ARE RAISED IN A FAMILY SETTING AND RECEIVE AMPLE SOCIALIZATION WITH HUMANS AND OTHER ANIMALS FROM A YOUNG AGE.



CAN I MEET THE ENTIRE LITTER BEFORE MAKING A DECISION?

YES, WE ENCOURAGE POTENTIAL BUYERS TO INTERACT WITH THE ENTIRE LITTER TO HELP YOU CHOOSE THE PUPPY THAT BEST ALIGNS WITH YOUR PREFERENCE



ARE YOUR PUPPIES CRATE-TRAINED OR HOUSE-TRAINED?

OUR PUPPIES ARE INTRODUCED TO CRATE-TRAINING AND HOUSE-TRAINING AS PART OF THEIR EARLY DEVELOPMENT, WHICH CAN GREATLY FACILITATE THEIR TRANSITION TO THEIR NEW HOMES.

WE ARE LOCATED IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI.

THERE ARE DIFFERENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO YOU IF YOU ARE NOT LOCAL. YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR PUPPY  FROM ONE OF OUR LOCAL AIRPORTS, OR A FLIGHT NANNY CAN FLY THE NANNY TO YOUR LOCAL AIRPORT.

The Process

Step 1

To initiate the exciting journey of bringing a new furry family member into your life, the first step is to fill out our Puppy Application. This form provides us with essential information about your preferences and expectations, ensuring that we can match you with the perfect puppy.

Step 2

After receiving your completed Puppy Application, our team will be in touch to arrange a call. This personalized conversation gives us the opportunity to get to know you better, address any questions or concerns you might have, and discuss the details of our upcoming litters. We believe in building a connection and ensuring a smooth experience for both you and your future puppy.

Step 3

Following the completion of the Puppy Application and a successful phone interview, we're excited to welcome you to our Litter Waitlist. This step is essential in securing your place in line for an upcoming litter of puppies. By being part of the Litter Waitlist, you'll be among the first to know when puppies are on the way and have the chance to choose your new companion.

 

Step 4

When our adorable bundles of joy are around 2 weeks old, we'll reach out to approved homes on the Litter Waitlist. At this point, we'll begin accepting hold deposits on a first-come, first-served basis. This step ensures that you'll have the opportunity to reserve your chosen puppy before they're ready to leave for their forever home. It's an exciting moment that marks the beginning of your journey with your new best friend.
